Lord of the Mountains Lutheran Church is in a transition period after our Pastor Liliana Stahlberg recently resigned to spend more time with her family in Denver. Until an interim pastor is selected to work with us while we identify a new permanent pastor through the pastoral call process, we are fortunate to have two wonderful pastors, who are members of our congregation, who have offered to assist us by leading our worship services.

Reverend Lydia Ziauddin has served as a hospital chaplain in Summit County since 2017 after completing a year of Clinical Pastoral Education at the University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora (Anschutz Medical Campus). Prior to her chaplaincy, Pastor Lydia served congregations in Washington State and Connecticut.  As a graduate of The University of Chicago and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, Pastor Lydia's professional interests are in interfaith dialogue, creation spirituality, grief and loss, and racial justice.

Lydia feels most at home on the ski slopes or on a walk in the woods, preferably with a dog, and is thrilled to have moved recently to Silverthorne with her new husband and partner in adventure.
